The most common diseases that the team will be treating while in Cameroon are malaria, parasitism, gastritis, peptic ulcer disease, hypertension, diabetes, asthma, pain and urinary tract infections. In order to treat these, they are in desperate need of your help and donations if possible.
Here is a list of their needs:
Multi-vitamins for adult and kids
Acetaminophen and NSAIDs (ex. Tylenol, Motrin, Aleve)
Calcium supplements
Antihistamines (ex. Benadryl, Zyrtec, Claritin, any kind of sleeping aid)
Iron supplements
H2 antagonist (ex. Zantac, Pepcid AC)
PPIs (ex. Prilosec, Prevacid)
Stool softners (ex. Colace, Senekot)
Eye Glasses (ex. Rx glass, reading, sunglasses)
Gauze, adhesives, bandages, triple antibiotic ointment etc.
