I've been on Weight Watchers since Jan 17th, and have lost 31-1/2 lbs so far,its is so easy to follow, and becomes habit. I recommend it to all, I feel so much better already.

I am always happy to hear Jenn & Brian in fruitful dialogue! God wants us to take care of the temple He created and putting the right stuff in the tank is part of the process. He doesn't expect us to be perfect but He loves to see a little effort in making better choices and trying to stay fit. We receive the dividends from good habits down the road. Congratulations for kicking the pop habit Jenn. No easy task.
