Jenn & Brian talked on the Morning Espresso about how new research shows that we take about half as many steps per day as other countries like Austraila. 5,000 to 10,000 steps respectively. Plus their obesity rate is only 50% of ours. Hmmm, could we be on to something?

My husband and I have been inspired to revamp our diet after listening to the success Brian has had with his diet. Can he share more information on what he's doing and eating that's allowed him to be so successful? Is it just not eating any sugary/fatty foods or something more? Thanks!
