Environmental Working Group, just completed a study that ranks the amount of radiation that individual cell phones release. The best cell phone is the Samsung Impression SGH-A877: It emits .35 watts-per-kilogram. Motorola Razr V8: It emits .36 watts-per-kilogram. The worst cell phone is the Motorola Moto VU204, T-Mobile MyTouch 3G, and Kyocera Jax S1300, all of which release 1.55 watts-per-kilogram.
