World Vision Winter Blast most commonly asked questions

1/14, Thursday, Central Church of the Nazarene in Flint located at 1261 W. Bristol Rd.
1/15, Friday, Mount Hope Church in Lansing located at 202 S. Creyts Rd.
1/16, Saturday, Metro South Church in Trenton located at 3000 Van Horn Rd.
Shows in Flint and Lansing will start at 6:45 PM
Show in Trenton will start at 7 PM

Q: Where can I buy tickets:
A: You can pre-purchase online at www.smile.fm (on concert page, select "buy tickets", $2 convenience fee applies) or at the door.

Q: Is there an advantage to buying tickets online?
A: Tickets purchased online will be guaranteed seats should we sell out. An area of seats will be reserved for these ticket holders. These seats will be released to public 15 minutes prior to show starting.

Q: What time will doors open?
A: 6 PM, they may open sooner if all of our volunteers have arrived.

Q: I purchased VIP tickets, what time can I get in?
A: VIP ticket holders will be allowed to enter at 5:15 PM, VIP seats are designated. You will need your VIP lanyard to sit in this area.

Q: Where and when is the artist meet and greet for VIP ticket holders?
A: VIP ticket holders need to meet at the Smile FM booth at 5:30 and will be taken to the meet and greet area. Please make sure you have your VIP lanyard to get in.

Q: Will the bands be signing autographs?
A: Absolutely, there will be tables set up in the foyer after the show for autographs.

Q: What time will the show end?
A: 10 PM

Q: Do you need any volunteers?
A: Please contact su@smile.fm if you are interested in volunteering

Q: Do kids need a ticket?
A: Children 5 & under are FREE. Kids 6 & Up are the regular low price of $10.
