Michigan's Best Brownies

Congrats to Teri on winning with this recipe at Zehnder's of Frankenmuth

Godiva Brownies

2&1/4 c. all-purpose flour

1/2 t. salt

1&1/4 c. sugar

1 t. vanilla extract

3 eggs

2 & 1/2 t. baking powder

3/4 c. unsalted butter, softened

1 & 1/4 c. packed brown sugar

3 T. Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur

2 c. white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13-inch pan.

In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract and liqueur until smooth. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the flour mixture. Mix in the white chocolate chips. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.

Bake for 30 minutes. Cool in the pan on a wire rack. When completely cooled, cut into squares. Makes 24 squares.
