Thanks to popular demand, George's virtual Buck Pole is back. You can send us a picture of your 2008 catch to bigbuck@smile.fm and you'll be in the running. We have 4 catagories, Best Bow Buck, Best Youth Buck, Best Female Buck (that's from a girl hunter, not just a buck w/ a gender crisis) and Best Overall Buck!Each winner will receive a special edition Smile FM Camo Hoodie with Orange logo so the deer can't see it. Plus Beef Jerky and a Smile FM CD prize pack to listen to on your way to favorite deer blind. Winners will be announced on Monday, December 1st. Be sure to include your basic info, where you got the buck, stats on the buck and age (if youth applicant) and preferred hoodie size if you should win. I am sorry to see that you have succombed to providing "special" opportunities to win for women and youth.
I do however agree with your decision to offer bow and gun opportunities, because bow hunting provides special challenges to the hunter, no-matter who is doing the hunting.
